Application of SPH in fluid flow modelling

  • Original language description

The paper deals with an introduction to the modelling of fluid flow by means of the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH). This numerical approach is meshless and the computational grid is replaced by a finite set of interpolating points. The fluid flowis described by Rulet equations using the Lagrangian description of continuum and dissipative effects are treated by artificial viscosity terms. Implemented SPH method is tested on a two dimensional flow of Newtonian fluid.

Užití metody SPH př modelování proudění tekutin
