Tato studie presentuje biomechanický model suprakondylární zlomeniny stehení kosti, která je léčena pomocí dlahy se šrouby. Periprostetická zlomenina stehení kosti objevující se po zavední totální kolenní náhrady je neobyklá, ale devastující komplikace.
