Original language description
We tested a method based on extensive systematic sampling of archival sections and biopsies followed by application of unbiased counting frame. The method was able to demonstrate the differences in microvessel density between normal and tumorous nodes, as well as the relation of MVD to some tumour grades. All the results allow us to consider the intraobserver variation low and the interobserver variability reasonable. The method proved to be comparatively time consuming.

Czech description
Navrhli jsme metodu založenou na extenzivním vzorkování archivních vzorků a biopsií lymfatických uzlin psa se stereologickým počítáním mikrocév. Prokázali jsme rozdíly v mikrovazální hustotě u normálních a nádorových lymfatických uzlin i vztah denzity kegradingu. Variabilita opakovaného hodnocení stejným pozorovatelem byla velmi nízká, variabilita hodnocení dvěma pozorovateli byla dostačující. Metoda je relativně časově náročná.
