Original language description
Described system allows to build a target class hierarchy in which the dialogues in spoken language will be classified. This target classes can be obtained from existing statistics from current DTMF IVR systems (Interactive Voice Response). This system allows the analysis of absolute and relative frequencies of distinct target classes. The definition of target classes is the basis for spoken dialogue systems, which are meant to replace the existing IVR systems.

Czech description
Popsaný systém umožňuje vytvoření hierarchie cílových tříd, do nichž mohou být klasifikovány jednotlivé dialogy vedené v přirozeném jazyce. Tyto třídy mohou být získány z existujících statistik využití jednotlivých větví současných DTMF systémů typu IVR(Interactive Voice Response). Systém umožňuje i analýzu zastoupení jednotlivých tříd z hlediska absolutní a relativní četnosti. Definice cílových tříd tvoří základ pro vybudování hlasového dialogového systému nahrazujícího současné IVR systémy.
