    The CUSUM parameters design in fault detection

  • Original language description

    The cumulative sum (CUSUM) method for fault detection is treated in the paper. The stress is laid on a CUSUM parameters design, based on the off line data processing. The measured signals are considered as time variant stochastic processes and the probability density functions (pdf's) of the process are estimated. Then pdf's are used to design the appropriate CUSUM parameters. The fault detection algorithm is illustrated in a numerical example and an application in building heating system is shown as well.

    Příspěvek se věnuje návrhu parametrů CUSUM testu. Metoda je založená na off line zpracování měřených dat a určení hustot pravděpodobností popisujících měřený signál. Odhadnuté hustoty pravděpodobnosti jsou pak použity k vlastnímu návrhu parametrů CUSUM tesu.
