Geomorphologic information system (GmIS) is being developed in a team containing of professional geomorphologists and geoinformatics from Commenius University in Bratislava (Slovakia) and University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Czech Republic). The Geomorphologic Information System is a special type of Geographic Information System (GIS), which can be helpful to geomorphologist in various situations in research. It can be understand as a specific type of GIS, focused on geomorphologic data.
