Identification and validation of composite material parameters for Lad?veze damage model
Original language description
The properties of a layered composite material are investigated and the Ladev?ze material model in PAM-CRASH software is calibrated. Experimental static and cyclic tests were performed on laminated specimens made from unidirectional and cross-ply coupons. Numerical models used shell elements. A mathematical optimization was then used to minimize the error between the experimental and numerical results in terms of load-displacement curves for all the tested configurations.
