Modelling of the voiding process
Original language description
The presented model of bladder is based on the detailed model of the muscle cell . This model allows to calculate the ATP consumption. The own geometry of the bladder and the outflow of urine are simplified. The contraction of bladder is obtained using the theory of growth and remodeling. The model allows to simulate the periodical changes of stress and the own process of voiding together with the influence of different drugs. The numerical results are compared with the published experimental results.
