Friction Characteristic Impact on Bending Vibration of Couple of Blades with Friction Element

Result description

Presented work concerns with a dry friction characteristic impact on bending vibrations of a couple of blades with a friction element. According to the experiment in the Institute of Thermomechanics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (IT ASCR) [3-4], the couple of blades is clamped into a horizontal situated non-rotating disk. The second blade is excited in vertical direction by time limited harmonic varying force. Transient vibrations excited by time limited harmonic force are used for identification of frictional characteristics of friction element in contact areas on the basis of the experiment.
