Friction element optimization with respect to vibration of couple of blades
Original language description
Presented work deals with an optiization of geometric parameters of a friction element and parameters of friction for bending vibration suppression of a rotating couple of blade s with the friction element placed in a wedge gap between blade shrouds. Either of the blades is clamped into rigid disk rotating with a constant angular velocity and discretized by FEM using beam elements. Aplitudes of blade vibrations are investigated by the equivalent linearization method. An optimization effectiveness is evaluated on the basis of the amplitude-frequency responses of the lateral blade displacements before and after optimization.
