The article desribes the results of investigations in the area of neuroinformatics achieved at four Czech Universities and Institutes. It presents the properties of the developed EEG/ERP Portal, special methods of nonlinear modeling, modeling of very complex systems such as human brain, analysis techniques of large scale medicine data (e.g. MRI data), evaluation of data of various modeling and testing scenarios, and evaluation of special types of biomedical signals in order to indicate significant features of these signals. The main goal of these activities is to improve the knowledge of approaches suitable for the reduction of road accidents.
