Dynamical analysis of an impact-forming machine
Original language description
The paper deals with dynamics of an impact-forming machine which is a device for making concrete prefabricated products like pavers, bricks, tubes, etc. The quality of concrete product depends on proper molding process. The modling is highly influenced by many factors and paramters of the forming machine. Particular operation of such a device shows that one of the important operation parametres is the stiffness of silent-blocks carrying the vibrating table with exciters and others. Based on that, mathematical model of the system with typical vibro-impact motions is derived in the form of system of nonlinear (non-smooth) 2nd order ordinary differential equations. The dynamic analysis and parametric study of the device is performed to maximize force transmitted to the form with concrete mixture to speed up and improve the formig process. To simulate and analyze the system, numerical simulations in the time domain are performed.
