Isogeometric collocation method for Navier-Stokes equations
Original language description
In this paper, we focus on solving steady Navier-Stokes equation with the help of the so-called isogeometric collocation method which is a new method incorporating an idea of isogeometric analysis in a well-known collocation method. We present fundamentals necessary for application of this method to the Navier-Stokes equations, its discretization and consequent matrix formulation. The method is demonstrated on a standard test example - lid-driven cavity problem.
