Myosin molecular motor has an important role in muscle contraction. The change of the chemical potential can control myosin movement along actin filament. Statistical behavior of mysion, including the change in the cell, can be described in the Fokker-Planck framework. The aim of the work is study of consequences of changes in the potential barrier on the myosin motor spatial distribution.
