Software for Investigation of Dynamic Behaviour of Rotating Systems Supported on Journal Bearings
Original language description
Proposed paper deals with the presentation of in-house software which was developed for investigation of dynamic behaviour of rotating systems supported on journal bearings. Journal bearings are mostly used in high-speed rotor systems because of their interesting dynamic properties. Proposed design of the journal bearings can positively influence rotor behaviour as well as being a source of vibration due to fluid-induced instability.
