Data processing approach for monitoring of MICA/MICB polymorphisms playing role in HSCT outcome
Original language description
MICA and MICB genes are candidates to be included in the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) aplication for the searching of optimal donors or patients risk stratification. For fast and effective study creating, followed by smooth implementation for using in clinical practice, is important to find approach for processing genetic data. This poster present data processing pipeline and the clinical results based on its' outputs.
