Original language description
The paper deals with methodology of solution of selected coupled problems asssociated with induction heating. Their solution starts from the basic mathematical model of the induction heating describling distribution of the electromagnetic field, temperature field and field of thermoelastic displacements in common with discussion of the corresponding bounduary conditions. Equations for distribution of the first two fields are then solved for the case of multiple induction heating of a ferromagnetic cylinder of finite length. The theoretical analysis is supplemented with an illustrative example and discussion of its results.
