Previous years have brought considerable growth of computational power. New theoretical models which means not only brand new models, but also known models, which could not be used before, have found their utilisation in plasma technologies modelling. The situation on the models "market" is getting difficult to survey. This paper should be a basic consideration focused on theoretical models and simulation's methods analysis and comparison.
