In the present paper a microcontinuum model of biological tissues has been studied and has been applied to two-dimensional geometries. In case of radial deformations analytical solving and two different numerical methods have been performed. Applicationconcerns the deformations of urinary organs ( urethra and bladder ) when submitted to a pressure gradient.
