An elastic body is described at two sales: the macro scale and the micro one where particles become deformable particle. Two important cases are studied: If the inner deformation of particles minimizes their elastic energy or if it is fixed. Model is applied to the description of soft tissues to study the mechanical behaviour of the urinary pipe.
