An application of cyclic symmetry in analysis of nonlinear multiharmonic vibrations of bladed disks with friction contact
Original language description
The contribution uses the cyclic symmetry for the analysis of multi-harmonic vibrations of strongly nonlinear system of bladed steam turbine disk with friction contact between blades. The in-house software NONN has been created using this method so thateither the excitation of traveling wave type or the stationary in space type excitation can be taken into account. Mode shapes and natural frequencies of the linear system without linkages between blades and of the linear structure with ?glued-up? contacts were found out using the ANSYS FEM software. The method was tested on the real bladed design of the steam turbine bladed disk with 62 blades 1020 mm long at 3000 rpm and with a harmonic torsional excitation of the disk.
