Thermal behaviour of geocement composite
Original language description
The paper is focused on detailed description of synthesis geocement composite material based on K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system and characterization of its thermal and mechanical properties. The series of analytic tools were used (XRF, XRD, SEM, BET, particle-sizedistribution) for accurate identification of chemical and physical properties of the raw material. The most suitable technological prescription was determined and geocement specimens were tested for identification of mechanical and thermal properties. The series of specimens were prepared for testing of flexural and compressive strength. TMA and TG analysis were used for characterization of thermal behaviour and proceedings according to ČSN EN ISO 10545-12 were applied to study the shock-frost resistance properties.
