Development of laser technology of coating removal from printed circuit board
Original language description
Laser technology was developed for precise removal of thin film of special material from the printed circuit board in place of electric contact. The technology is based on a picosecond laser with scanning head, precise sample holder with micropositioners and USB microscope. A dedicated method enables precise locating of the sample and removal of thin film only from the selected area and without damage of the electric contact.
