Original language description
The nanopowders of ZnO coded Al and Cd were synthesized by thermal decomposition and were characterized by XRD. The measured optical properties point to a band gap of 3.23-3.12eV. By the hydrogenation of ZnO, we were able to stabilize the magnifying phase as confirmed by DFT calculations.
