The primary aim of this paper is to present some ideas that proved useful while providing learning support and adjusted testing conditions to dyslexic students of English as a foreign language at the University of West Bohemia (UWB) in Pilsen, CR. This is done against the background of the nature of dyslexia, and benefits from the author’s experience from 1:1 dyslexia consultations.
