The area of business support involves a wide and complex area of tools which main target is to support development of business activities. These tools are announced in various structures based on a concrete support form and business subject. The key problem in case of each of these tools is the question whether such chosen business activities support is efficient and welcome. The article analyses chosen tools of business support and is aimed to show the effect of these tools on the area of business support in the Czech Republic. The analysis is followed by author´s reflection about the efficiency of this group of tools. The discussion was written with regard to development of business activities and proposal of some possible approaches to improvement in the area discussed.
