OMAHA system is a standardized terminology for classification problems, interventions and evaluation of problems in the management of community care. Objective: The goal of this paper is to explore the possibility of implementing the system components OMAHA client with a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG). Identify selected set of the most common nursing problems, interventions and evaluation of scales problems of classification system OMAHA. Methods: The article presents a case report (case study) of client with a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy due to cancer in the orofacial region with subsequent application of enteral nutrition in home care. Results: Empirical methods of obtaining data problems were identified in the various domains of the problem classification scheme. Particular problems were identified on the basis of present signs and symptoms designed for a specific problem in Omaha. The problems were assigned selected nursing interventions of the intervention schem
