Objective: The main purpose of the article is to point out the movement activities of healthy population of the Region of Pilsen and how those movement activities are reflected in the quality of life of individuals in the whole bio-psycho-social spectrum. Further to ascertain what characteristics of movement activities have the greatest influence on the respondents' quality of life. Methods: The article discusses partial results of the grant project reg. No. 120/2012/S "Reflection of quality of life innursing", mapping the quantity and quality of movement activities in connection with quality of life with the help of standardized questionnaires WHOQOL 100 and IPAQ. The research was performed from January to April 2013 in the Region of Pilsen. The research set consisted of 69 respondents, 30 males and 39 females.
