Remediation of the family is a set of activities that allow us to successfully and systematically working with vulnerable families and children. One of the essential characteristics remediation is to conduct case conferences. It is a joint meeting of assisting workers who are looking for a designer with his family optimal solution specific situation. Our goal is to provide an objective assessment of the family situation from different angles. It is the determination of the real targets and other milestones which would be working with the family to lead. The outcome of these meetings, the creation of an individual plan for the family. Planning is focused primarily on the accurate description of the problem, also includes various procedures and principles of assistance, including a conclusion.
