Violation of electronic communication systems security as a potential crisis
Original language description
Electronic communication systems reflect possible crises. Electronic communications services consist mainly of signal transmission through electronic communications networks, including radio and television broadcasting and cable television networks. Electronic communications networks consist of transmission systems or connecting or routing equipment and other means enabling signal transmission by line, radio, optical or other electromagnetic means, including satellite networks, fixed circuit or packet-switched networks, and mobile terrestrial networks. The individual network elements are functionally and physically interconnected, and therefore the failure of any of them can seriously affect the overall network operability and service availability. This increases the risk of mutual negative influence on an international scale. This study aims to process the characteristics and analysis of electronic communication systems security as necessary information networks to ensure the essential state functions. Another goal is to reflect the effects of electronic communication systems’ disruption in particular areas. We used literary sources, analysis of individual information sources, subsequent evaluation of the obtained information and information synthesis. The impacts of crises can be seen in specific areas and defined as impacts on lives and damage to human health, environmental damage, international, economic, and social impacts.
