Zdeněk Kalista and Italy

Result description

The article describes the voyages of Z. Kalista to Italy in 1926-1929. The most important were his Roman stays, he was charmed by Apostolic and Baroque Rome. Later on, Z. Kalista revealed his concept of Baroque in a number of essays, books and collections of older Czech literature.
