    Plant species of Reynoutria genus are useful as technical crops at marginal regions. Their agronomical practices and fertilization are known sufficiently. They have wide spectrum of utilization. Above all as energetic plants. Especially Reynoutria sachalinensis Schmidt, which yields of biomass reach to 50-60 t dry matter per hectare. Direct burning of pressed matter, which is not the most optimal solution, has, by this harvest, energetic yield from 970 to 1164 GJ per hectare. We propose to produce biogas from green biomass on principal of its anaerobic thermophylic decomposition at technology without waste. Wastes after anaerobic digestion together with ingredients which were used in process of cleaning gas can be used for production of high-quality organic-mineral fertilizer. Extract from Reynoutira sachalinensis can be used at plant protection from harmful mildew of plants. Sappy pulpy outgrowths of Reynoutria japonica Houtt are used for salad.
