Determining the content of elements in plants of amaranth (Amaranthus L.).
Original language description
The contents and the distrobution Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn, and Pb were watched at individual parts of plants (root, stalk, leaf, inflorescence) of various varieties of Amaranth (Amaranthus L.), and their contents in soil. The transfer factor (TF) was calculated on the basis of abtained data. The analysis of TF values indicated, that the topmost value for Cu was reached in roots of the Fich variety, for Mn in leaves of the Olpir and K 343 varietes, for Zn in leaves of all watched varieties with the maximum at K 343. Increased TF values for Cd were recorded in roots, stalks and leaves of No-17 and in leaves of the Olpir variety. Zhe TF was for Pb uppermost at the K 343 and Olpir varieties. The TF values for Fe were always wery low.
