The aim of our work was found out the frequencies of genotypes of the estrogen receptor hgene (ESR1, ESR2), the ryanodine receptor gene (RYR1), the myogenine gene (MYF-4) and the transferrine gene (Tf) in breeding herds of breed Přeštice black pied. Theinfluence of genotypes on the reproduction traits and on the production traits was determined. The frequencies of the ESR1 genotypes were: A/A=62,50%, A/B=36,46%, B/B=1,04% and alleles: A=0,807, B=0,193. The frequencies of the ESR2 genotypes were: C/C=73,20%, C/D=24,74%, D/D=2,06% and alleles: C=0,856, D=0,144. The frequencies of the RYR1 genotypes were: N/N=71,61%, N/n=28,39% and alleles: N=0,856, n=0,144. . The frequencies of the MYF-4 genotypes were: A/A=9,18%, A/B=41,84%, B/B=48,98% and alleles: A=0,301, B=0,699. The frequencies of the Tf genotypes were: A/A=1,02%, A/B=84,69%, B/B=14,29% and alleles: A=0,433, B=0,567.
