    The water regime of the wetland stand represents a key process in dissipation of solar radiation (energy) in spite of herb layer. The willows and alders can play an important role in the wetland stands. In scope model catchments of the right side of Lipno where is watching were done several comparative measurement of temperature in four etages of vertical profile of growth, transpiration and evapotranspiration of polycormons of Salix agg. in the catchment of Horský brook.The course of temperature show great value of stability and low amplitude for pclycormon of Salix agg., it in isolation and transpiration ability is caused. The transpiration was measured with porometer, the value of 1,64 l.day-1 on 1 m2 of leaf area was find out. Determination of transpiration by porometer showed exact results, partly depend on actual meteorological conditions. High level of morphological and functional variability of sampled small segments (leaves, branches) represent disadvantage of this method. Eva
