In years 1999 and 2000 we observed the occurrence of Fusarium spp. fungi during the storing of buckwheat achenes. We established occurrence of Fusarium tricinctum and Fusarium avenaceum, gram-positive rod sporulating bacteria Bacillus sp. and gram-negative rod bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pantoea agglomerans on surface of achenes. There was statistically significant influence of year, term of evaluation and variety on occurrence of genera Fusarium fungi. Nitrogen fertilization did not have influence on the occurrence of Fusarium spp.

Czech description
V letech 1999 a 2000 byl sledován výskyt hub rocu Fusarium během skladování pohankových nažek. Zjistili jsem výskyt Fusarium tricinctum a Fusarium avenaceu,gram-positivních bakterií rodu Bacillus a gram-negativních katerií rodu Pseudomonas fluorescens aPantoea agglomerans na povrchu nažek. Vliv ročníku, termínu hodnocení a odrůdy na výskyt hub rodu Fusarium byl statisticky průkazný. Hnojení dusíkem neovlivnilo výskyt stanovených druhů fusarií.
