Molekulárně genetická analýzy lokusu pro komplex vertebrálních malformací

  • Original language description

The polymorphism in the gene of CVM was analysed. The heterozygous carriers (CV) and dominant homozygotes (TV) were genotyped. DNA was isolated from the whole blood of elite Holstein females, mothers of sires or embryo donors. The gene was amplified by parts in polymerase chain reaction, the restriction fragment length polymorphism analyse was done (PCR/RFLP). The polymorphic restriction site of AvaII, HaeIII, AvaI and AvaII was found, but the mutation was not linked to the recessive allele of CVM, as polymorphic variants occurred in CV and TV animals.
