Global warming causes that air temperature in the Czech Republic has the same level during summer months like in subtropical areas. Unusually high temperatures have a negative impact on its inhabitants, livestock and performence of livestock too. The aimof this work was focused on level of performance of dairy cows during the hottest months of the year. The herd was kept in modern technology (automatic milking system). Observation of the herd took place from October 2012 to September 2013. Data came from milk yield control, zootechnical recording and program T4C (Time for Cows), which thoroughly keeps records about milking of cows. Information were statisticaly evaluated. There was found out that the difference between the average amount of milked milk at temperatures up to 26 ° C (3131.2 kg) and above 26 ° C (3062.8 kg) is statistically significant (p {0.05).
