On the model cadastral area development of land tenure and land use will be documented in the period from 1875 to the present. Development of land tenure and land use was conducted by the end of the First World War for the same socio-economic conditionsas in neighbouring Austria. After the establishment of independent Czechoslovakia there is a change in legislation, affecting first the different approaches to land tenure and land use in the Czech Republic and other countries of former Austro HungarianEmpire. Other significant changes took place in the period after the second World War, when the displacement of the German population. Other documentable shift in the use and tenure of agricultural land brings rural socialization in 50th of 20th century.Socialist mass production culminates at the end of the 80th of 20th century.
