Original language description

Changes in bacterial community composition with different degrees of grazing pressure were monitored using oligonucleotide probes for Eubacteria and four eubacterial subgroups. Experiments were conducted in the Římov Reservoir during the clear-water phase, a period of low protistan grazing pressure on reservoir bacterioplankton, and during the late summer phytoplankton peak, a period of high protistan grazing pressure.
