The study reportstheeffectsofinterventionalyogatrainingforpeoplewithoverweight. Theaimofthe study was to developself-esteemin participantsduringtheyogatraining and to accomplishsignificantchanges in overweightreduceofparticipants. The study wasconductedfor 336 volunteers (153 males, 183 females) in thethreeagegroups (adolescents, middleage, seniors).
