Original language description
The paper focuses on the teaching of photosynthesis of aquatic plants among lower secondary school studets of 9th grade. Study is aimed on the impact of STEM inuiry-based learning activity supported by the use of digital measuring device – optical oxygen sensor. Some misconceptions regarding photosynthesis of aquatic plants were detected in the investigation. Students' attitudes towards different innovative approaches to teaching were monitored in a pretest/posttest questionnaire survey.
