    Deficits in executive functions are connected both with academic and social failure. The paper presents the results of a study examining the effect of the ROPRATEM program designed for teenage students who need stimulation in work organization, work pace, and integrating perceptual channels. The effect of the program was tested in a quasi-experimental study of elementary school students whose reduced work pace complicated their school work. The benefit of the three-month training is the development of strategies applicable in school situations and improvement in working pace and work organization.
