Original language description

The paper is focused on the problems of income disparity in agriculture. The economics as well as social phenomenon is often dicussed, especially at the administratetive level, nevertheless, it has not been exactly defined and methodically delimited yet.The comparison of average wages of farmers with average wages in inhomogenous industry with average wages in the very sector-diferentiated national economy used today can be considered as problematic. In the paper, the possible system of income disparity monitoring is suggested, which would remove the current deficiencies. In its frame, a special attention is paid to regional apects of income disparity and the relation of wages and labour productivity.
