Small firms have an irreplaceable role in economy. Management of those firms has its specificities comparing to big enterprises, in particular, operative management; both informal and verbal communication with minimum data records are prioritized. Theirmanagement is frequently affected by the fact that empowerment varies from that in big enterprises. In case the company is to keep on the market within competitive environment, the owner must be capable of effective management. The manager usually takesthe view that the above mentioned management system has to be modified; it is particularly the case when small firm management faces the requirement to demonstrate its management techniques. It usually consists in presenting relevant certificate requested for competitive bidding. Having acquired such a certificate contributes to successful operation of a small firm. However, a manager should realize that the certificate is not just the way to get the order as becomes frequent in everyday
