The aim of this paper is to examine relations between the development of the total factor productivity (TFP) and the development of Gross value added in the context of growth GVA (extensive or intensive growth sources). The analysis focuses on the CzechRepublic industry. Data sources were taken from the Czech Republic national accounts in the period of 1996-2011.
