Original language description
In managing the local development and implementation of development projects it is necessary that these processes are professionally managed. The strategic management of the municipality has to use the instruments of quality management. The aim of the paper is to find what is the knowledge and usage of quality management instruments (CAF model, Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking) in Czech municipalities. Based on the results of the questionnaire, we can say, that the knowledge and usage of these instruments is minimal.
