    The IT sector is one of the few economic sectors that have been developing during the military invasion of independent Ukraine by the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to determine the potential for attracting women to various positions in enterprises operating in the IT sector. The study uses analytical research methods to determine the list of positions available in the IT sector and the gender, age, and educational characteristics of the people who hold them. The study resulted in the identification of the most attractive positions for women in the IT sector, both from the point of view of job seekers and potential employers.
