&quot;The article deals with some accelerating forms of environmental crimeusing the example of the Czech Republic through an interdisciplinaryapproach, applying methods of comparison and analysis. The mentionedform of these illegal activities is a manifestation of organized crime, whichrepresents a complex economic, criminal and civil law problem. In thesecontexts, economic activities guided by a rational decision are monitored,when the calculating criminal compares the proceeds from the committedcrime with the costs in the event of his capture, subsequent conviction andimposition of punishment.&quot;
