"This article presents a critical narrative literature review on the role of digitalization in the collaborative development of destination offer. The aim is to synthesize and interpret key academic perspectives and concepts on how digital technologies influence stakeholder relationships, co-creation, and the evolving function of Destination Management Organizations (DMOs). Drawing on 21 peer-reviewed studies, the review highlights dominant concepts, unresolved tensions, and gaps between digital aspirations and real-world implementation. It provides a synthesis of dominant concepts in the analyzed literature and possible future directions for future research."
